About the founder of Ginza Tomato
Chieko Katsumi

In the year 2000, Chieko introduced her Collagen Jelly on Japan’s QVC network, which at the time became the highest grossing product in network history. From there, she became one of the leading figures in creating a “Collagen Boom” in Japan. She continually researched and developed high quality, safe, and effective raw ingredients, included the Japanese Akoya pearl powder and also created the world’s first plant placenta extract raw ingredient usable in food and cosmetic products. With her interest growing in plant based raw ingredients, she next focused on using Bulgarian Damask Rose, which is considered a superior rose, to create the world first Rose Placenta extract raw ingredient. With her innovated creations, she has been recognized by many renown associations world wide for her achievements.
